Shark Sleeping Bag

The Chumbuddy is an expensive sleeping bag that looks like a shark is eating you. It’s “frequently bought together” with socks that look like a shark is eating your leg and a mug with a shark at the bottom. Who are these shark people and why do they shark so much? Are they called sharkies? Sharkophiles? Shredditors? (I don’t want to assume that they’re on Reddit, but it’s a fair guess.)
